Freedom Bell in Stone Mountain, Georgia

Newly refurbished bell in the town square of Stone Mountain.
Inscription on one side says Meneely & Kimberly, 1874.
On my physical inspection of the other side, it was apparent the original
dedication was ground off. If anybody has any info about this, please e-mail me!
